Job description:
– Receive information from (shipper or agent)
– Contact the carrier to get the booking according to the agent’s appointment
– Note booking for agent & shipper
– Receive B / L details from customers, make HB / L and export shipping documents
– Send B / L details to the carrier to make MB / L, delivery request, receive MB / L from the carrier and adjust MB / L if available
– Deliver B / L to customers
– Ordered goods and sent pre-alert / export documents to agents
– Update information for agents if there are any changes related to the shipment
– Working with home cont on goods
Request
– Experience of 1 year or more in logistics.
– Knowledge of office computing.
– Under pressure of work, able to work independently and in good groups
– Prefer the candidate to communicate well in English
